I have been training only a very short time with Aude, but l have learnt so much from her regarding proper training techniques and body posture, she is very knowledgeable and has a very strong desire to pass on that knowledge. I have really enjoyed training under Aude’s ever watchful eyes, she corrects body positions and techniques in a very positive and professional manner.
